Position: Insurance Account Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive agency growth through proactive sales conversations and needs-based customer interactions.
- Provide comprehensive information about insurance products and services to new and existing clients.
- Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and adjustments, ensuring their coverage meets their needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- State Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) or willingness to obtain licenses.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
