Key Responsibilities:
- Drive agency growth through honest, needs-based sales conversations
- Educate and assist customers with insurance products tailored to their unique needs
- Manage policy applications, renewals, and adjustments with care and accuracy
- Provide timely, attentive responses to customer inquiries and maintain detailed records
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for sales
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Prior experience in customer service or sales preferred
- State Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) or willingness to obtain licenses
- Spanish proficiency highly desirable

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
